Purpose
This policy details the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from www.destinoghee.com. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair return process.
Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your product.
Return Eligibility
A product is eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: The container is damaged or the product is otherwise defective. A clear, unedited video of you opening the package is required for claim verification. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
- Incorrect Product: You received a different product than the one you ordered.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Products are not eligible for return if:
- They are marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”.
- They have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- The return is initiated outside the 7-day return window.
Return Procedure
- Step 1: Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at info@destinoghee.com or +91 90647 52760 to start the return process.
- Step 2: Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Step 3: Ship Product: Securely package the product with the RAN included. We will provide a return shipping label or arrange for a courier pickup.
International Returns
For customers outside of India, the following conditions apply:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.
- Original shipping fees and any import duties paid by the customer at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refund
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For international orders, refunds will be issued for the product cost only. We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by currency exchange rate fluctuations.
